Feast Down East is a company that partners with local framers in the Burgaw NC area and connects them with local restaurants and businesses to deliver quality produce at an affordable cost. I was fortunate to participate in concept design for new table tents and feast certified stickers.
when partnering with Feast Down East, I was instructed to create an informational table to describe what Feast Down East is, how it operates and how to donate. I was also asked to create some mockups for their partnered Businesses. I was given a specific color palette and font for text on the tents and stickers; other than that I was given full creative freedom.
When creating the tents I wanted to depict the transfer of co-operation between the farmers giving there freshly picked produce right into the hands of the restaurants the guest are visiting. I created a food crate as the connecting vessel for the front and back of the tent. the front, filled with fruits and Veggies, has the QR code and logo. While on the back the crate is emptied with the company’s info on the back. For the stickers, I wanted to keep in theme with the duality of farm and restaurants. for this I combined the farmers produce with the plates the guest would be eating it off of.
