While attending UNCW I was able to take part in a project to create info – Graphics to describe functions of their very own satellite.
During this project we met with lead scientist Sara Rivero-Calle and others that worked on the UNCW SeaHawk Cubesat. they commissioned us to create a graphic and animation that broke down parts of the deployment and operations of the satellite. after consulting with the experts and doing my own research, I began working in adobe illustrator to create all of graphics to use in both my animation and infographic.
After several revisions I then had the opportunity to present my graphic and animation to a local middle school class for their opinions on the spend, readability, and deconstruction of information into easily understandable portions. I also sent it over to some of my friends that I met while studying abroad to see how people were English was a second or even third language was understood.
after a couple more timing tweaks and revision of a few graphics, I had finished my graphic and animation for both the SeaHawk scientist and partners at NASA thoroughly enjoyed
